Please keep in mind the application does not guarantee your spot as a vendor. If accepted as a vendor the PhenomeCon team will assign both location based on the type of merchandise/services AND the request set up. Depending on the assigned area, booth fees range from $200 to $350. You can expect to hear from our team around mid-March 2026.

2026 Booth Prices:

Front Lobby Booth - 10 feet long and 6 feet deep $350
Ballroom Booth - 10 feet long and 6 feet deep $350
Hallway Booth - 8 foot table and 2 chairs, no storage space $200
North Foyer Booth - 10 feet long and 6 feet deep $200
Upstairs Booth - 10 feet long and 6 feet deep $200

Non-refundable booth fees are due on April 1, 2026, no exceptions.

PhenomeCon Trademark Temporary Use Agreement and Fee
​
Please keep in mind that there is a trademark temporary use agreement and fee required to use the PhenomeCon name or logo on your merchandise. For merchandise $20 or less in price, the vendor pays a fee of $125 to PhenomeCon. For merchandise more than $20 in price, the vendor pays a fee of $225 to PhenomeCon.
